Urinary Tract Infection
Typical symptoms seen in patients with urinary tract infections are as follows:
- Frequent urge to urinate
- Small amount of urine excretion
- Unpleasant burning sensation when urinating
While urinary tract infection is usually caused by bacteria, when the natural defense mechanisms in the urethra and urinary tract weaken, infection occurs with symptoms such as cold feet, sitting on a cold surface for a moment.
Compared to men, women are more frequently and easily affected by urinary tract infections. Half of women will have a bladder infection at some point in their lives, and nearly one in five women will have it once a year. Among all other factors, the main reason for this situation is in the female anatomy. The female reproductive organ is much shorter than the male reproductive organ. This makes it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder. Under certain conditions, inflammation of the renal pelvis is triggered and the kidneys are adversely affected.
The beneficial results of cranberry consumption in preventing respiratory diseases have observed many things done on worldview. The March 1994 study at Harvard Medical School is the first large-scale clinical trial on this subject.
Medical studies at the University of Oulu, Finland have shown that consumption of Cranberry reduced the recurrence of urinary tract infections in women who participated in the trial by up to 50%. Finnish Researchers (Kontiokari et al. 2001); They confirmed that the probability of urinary tract infection is reduced after consumption of cranberry.
The unique structure of PROANTOCYANIDINS found in Cranberry is responsible for its anti-infective properties. Especially uropathogenic E. Coli bacteria can no longer attach themselves to the walls of the urinary tract. Bacteria that have lost this ability to adhere are easily expelled from the body without harming the body.

Candida
Candida albicans is one of the most common causes of urinary tract infections. Candida albicans fungus, which is found as a yeast in the body, is usually seen in the intestines, lower and upper urinary tract and kidneys. It multiplies uncontrollably in the deteriorated intestinal flora and dominates the whole system. A-Pac Cranberry Extract fights to destroy the dangerous Candida fungus in the body, thanks to the components it contains.
The proanthocyanidins in A-Pac Cranberry Extract help the reproduction of biofilm and adhesion-specific mechanisms and their excretion through the urinary tract. Therefore, it prevents the formation of Candida albicans biofilms.

Diabetes
The powerful antioxidants in Cranberry help reduce the oxidative stress associated with diabetes. Studies show that cranberry, works well for diabetics and people with wildly fluctuating blood sugar levels. Cambers and Camire from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Maine studied a group of patients with diabetes. Two US researchers discovered that the consumption of Cranberry can reduce the side effects of diabetes and improve the quality of life of people with diabetes

Gastritis
Gastritis is generally inflammation of the stomach lining. Among its symptoms are stomach problems that can complicate daily life:
- Stomach-ache and loss of appetite
- Nausea and vomiting
- Pressure in the stomach after eating
Cranberry benefits your stomach health due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. The French Food Control Authority was the first company in the world to approve the health claim for Cranberry. In addition, recent research indicates that Cranberry consumption has a unique defense strategy against food poisoning. Cranberry provides protection against gastritis and peptic ulcer by purifying the stomach from bacteria that are expected to adhere to the stomach wall.

Immune System Weakness
Cranberry is a rich source of many antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that strengthen the immune system. It prepares the body to fight against various infections. Regular consumption of Cranberry makes immunity strong. Regular consumption of A-Pac Cranberry Extract strengthens immunity and supports the survival of your metabolism in harsh conditions or in the rush of your daily life.

Heart Diseases
Did you know that one of the most important roles of cranberry fruit is to keep blood pressure below the normal range?
The anthocyanin compound it contains regulates blood pressure by relaxing the arteries. It also allows for smooth blood circulation that manages blood pressure, allowing low blood flow from the arteries.
While most studies focus on Cranberry's role in urinary tract health, the benefits extend beyond the urinary tract. Other key areas include the fruit's antimicrobial activities, cardiovascular and Type 2 diabetes and anti-cancer properties.
Cranberry provides numerous cardiovascular benefits. It has been shown to reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation, maintain or improve high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels, reduce platelet aggregation, and improve vascular function.

Salmonella, E. Coli
Escherichia Coli is a gut bacteria that survives by attaching to the inner lining of the urethra and urinary tract. Cranberry helps prevent bacteria known as Escherichia Coli from sticking to the urinary tract in regular use. It has very important effects in the body in terms of reducing the growth of bacteria, which is usually seen in food.

Stomach Ulcer And Helicobacteria
Consumption of cranberry not only helps to strengthen immunity or cope with urinary tract infection, but also helps to reduce stomach and intestinal problems. It inhibits the attachment of Helicobacter pylori bacteria to cells by 50%.
As a result of clinical studies, it has been proven that consumption of cranberry containing proanthocyanidins twice a day for eight weeks causes a 20% reduction in helicobacteria seen in adult participants.

Eye Health
The protective effects of cranberry against the degradation caused by blue light in human retinal pigment epithelial cells have been proven in scientific studies. There is a lot of collagen in the lens of the eye. The proanthocyanidins found in Cranberry have an extremely positive effect on the structure, maintenance and breakdown of collagen. As a result, your risk of cataracts can be reduced if you regularly add proanthocyanidin-containing Cranberry extract to your diet.
